How Emily works

  • Emily quickly builds rapport and therefore gets straight to the core of the issue
  • Each session is bespoke, ensuring that you get the best results for you and your organisation
  • For larger pieces of work Emily creates a team of multi-skilled associates – ensuring that you get what you need, when you need it
  • Emily is adaptable and resilient having sailed across the Atlantic, lived in a mud hut, managed a reggae band and sailed to the artic on a Viking ship - and most challenging of all - being a Mum to two young children
  • Emily believes that work should be fun and fulfilling, as well as paying the bills and fitting in with your lifestyle

Juggling family life

Emily has two young girls and understands the challenge that comes with the total priority shift of parenthood. Her values were thrown up in the air and she was forced to re-evaluate her career choices alongside the skilful guidance of an executive coach. She now hopes to help others through this journey.
